City of Waterloo Ordinance 3842.273, requires that vehicles parked on a city street be moved every 48 hours. Vehicles that are stationary for more than 48 hours can be ticketed and/or towed. This includes vehicles that are covered with snow or vehicles that have been plowed around by city snowplows.
