The Waterloo Police Department is asking the public's assistance in locating missing juvenile, Marquis Taylor.  Marquis Taylor is a 14 year old black male, 5-11, 150 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen on Saturday, 5-28-16 at 5:00 pm.  Marquis was least seen wearing an orange shirt, a gray hooded sweatshirt, orange and white Adidas tennis shoes and blue jeans.  If you have seen Marquis Taylor or know his whereabouts, please contact the Black Hawk Consolidated Dispatch Center at 319-291-2515.
