The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing juvenile, Jalea Forehand. Jalea is a 14 year-old African-American female, 5'01, 98 lbs. She has black hair that is braided and brown eyes. She was last scene wearing a burgandy jacket, white shirt, black pants, and black/pink shoes. She may be carrying her rainbow leopard print backpack. Jalea was last seen Hoover Intermediate at the end of the school day.
