Robbery

The Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a robbery.    On April 19, 2022, Waterloo Police responded to a report of a robbery at the Dollar General Store located at 1650 Idaho Street in Waterloo. 

Chief Fitzgerald stated, “The male pictured in our release approached the cashier, and brazenly brandished a firearm while demanding money. He left with an undisclosed amount of money and other items. Our hope is that someone recognizing him and provides us leads.”
