Homicide Investigation

On Sunday May 22, 2022 at approximately 03:24 AM, Waterloo Police responded to the 600 blk of Sumner in reference to a shots fired call.  Responding Officers located a vehicle in the 200 blk of Manson, with a female passenger-shooting victim inside.  Officers started to administer first aide, until Waterloo Fire arrived on scene.  The victim was transported to Allen hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.
