The Waterloo Police Department is seeking the publics help in locating 12 year old Alayah Martinez.  She is described as a white female, 4'5", 125 pounds with green eyes and burgundy colored dyed hair.  She was last seen at Boarders Inn, 1825 Laporte Road on 2/9/24 at 11:00 P.M.   She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and pink sweatpants.  If you have seen or have any information about Alayah, please contact the non emergency number at 319-291-2515.   This is in reference to Waterloo Police case number W24-011066.
