The Waterloo Police Department is seeking assistance in trying to locate a 15 year old female.   Her name is Christiann Leban.  She was last seen and spoken to approximately 3 weeks ago.  She is approximately 4'0, 100 pounds, long brown hair and brown eyes.   At this time it is unknown what clothing she may be wearing.   She is currently listed as a runaway.   If you see her call the Black Hawk County Dispatch Center at 319-291-2515.
