On Thursday December 31, 2009 at 2000 hrs. the Waterloo Police Department arrested Darius Caston (17). Caston is charged with Willful Injury 3 counts, Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon 3 counts and Going Armed with Intent 3 counts for his involvement in the incident that happened on July 13, 2009 at 909 W. 3rd Street, where 3 people were taken to the hospital for gunshot wounds.

Caston is being held at the Black Hawk County Jail on $1,350,000 bond.
