Waterloo Police Make Arrest In Connection With Recent Shooting Incident
On Wednesday, July 22, 2009 around 1:45 pm Lloyd James Allen was arrested in connection with the July 21, 2009 shooting of Raheem Sir Dimond Scott in the 100 block of Lincoln Street in Waterloo. Officers have been actively looking for Allen since this incident occurred and he wound up turning himself in at the Waterloo Police Department today. The arrest was made without incident.
Allen is charged with willful injury, going armed with intent and intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Allen is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on a ninety thousand dollar bond.
