Waterloo Police Arrest Three for Burglary
WATERLOO POLICE ARREST THREE FOR BURLGARY
On December 1, 2008 at 1:11 a.m., Waterloo Police Officers responded to a report of a burglary-in-progress at the Save-More Foods at 1975 Franklin Street. Officers found the front door plexiglass kicked out and entry made. Officers then tracked three sets of footprints to a vacant house at 820 Fowler Street. Officers then searched the vacant residence and located three subjects hiding in an upstairs closet.
Taken into custody for two counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree were the following:
William Marquess Caston, age 19
Blake Alexander Leflore, age 17
Walter Eugene Smith Jr., age 14
Lt. Al Carrier, Patrol Division
